Transfer table

Approx. 21ft. wide x 75ft. long, dropped center low profile with a walkway and handrails on the cab side of the table, and operator cabs at both ends. Rails, 3” bar stock. Approximate weight 125,000 lbs. Table ships in multiple pieces and is field assembled. Heavy duty 2” bar grating on the rail bed outboard of the rails is included for 3 ton capacity forklift traffic. Walkway grating provided between the rails, and on the cab walkway.

Capacity: 150 US Tons
Drives: (4) 10HP, Direct drive, 480v, 3 phase, 60 hertz electric hollow bore gear motors, with heavy duty disc brake, table speed 150 fpm, infinitely variable with Magnetek brand VFD motor control. Motors and brakes to have anti-condensation heaters.
Power Supply: 80KW diesel Genset with all weather enclosure and level 2 noise abatement insulation. Genset is skid mounted on a framework that can be extended for use of a portable generator in the event of a power supply failure. Includes block heater, 24hr. run tank, gage view windows.
Controls: Features a joystick control in the cab for table movement, which takes advantage of the VFD motor control providing easy, smooth variable speed throughout the full range, from a crawl up to 150 feet per minute. Main control panel with disconnect included. Pushbuttons for mainline and flood lights.
